Overview of Research Program

7/7/2025

I am honored to introduce myself as Boston University's newest Karin Grunebaum Faculty Research Fellow! As a cancer epidemiologist, my core mission is to integrate population-level data, clinical insights, and data science to prevent premature death from cancer.

My research program has two main goals:
1) Characterize the molecular and genetic origins of ovarian cancer to inform ovarian cancer prevention strategies,
2) Identify factors that contribute to poor breast cancer survival among Black women to inform improvements in prevention, screening, and treatment.

My existing publications can be found here. I look forward to sharing my future research!
